Ruth brings a background in marketing and strategy to Cascade Cleaning Company. Her experience designing systems and customer journeys helped shape the company’s focus on transparent pricing, online booking, and a smoother experience for homeowners.
Ruth first fell in love with Hamilton while studying at McMaster University. The city left such an impression that she later returned to complete her master’s degree there.
Those experiences helped inspire the idea behind Cascade: a home service designed around the expectations of modern households.

That systems-focused perspective plays a major role in Cascade’s emphasis on consistent standards, reliable scheduling, and structured service delivery.
Rebecca also has a personal connection to Hamilton. During a visit to the city she met her now-husband, a Hamilton local, and quickly developed a strong connection to the community.

Cascade Cleaning Company was founded by sisters Rebecca and Ruth with a simple idea: home services should be as reliable and easy to manage as everything else in modern life.
