Full Job Description
Cascade Cleaning Company is a modern residential cleaning company built around good systems, mutual respect and kindness.
You’re a professional cleaner. You know how to clean a client’s home properly, move efficiently, and respect their space. You have at least 2 years of paid residential house cleaning experience, are reliable, punctual and detail-oriented. As an independent contractor, you will be paid daily.
This is not entry-level. We’re building a high-trust service and it starts with experienced cleaners.

Pay & What Matters to Us

$28–$33/hour equivalent, with higher pay for deep cleans and move-ins/outs

Daytime work only (Monday–Friday, weekends as needed)

Flexible schedules (part-time up to ~30 hours/week)

Paid test clean before onboarding
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience

Reliable vehicle

Your own cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, products)

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Legally able to work in Ontario
The Work

Cleaning residential homes (weekly, biweekly, monthly)

Occasional deep cleans and move-outs
