Yes, our cleaners are fully insured, so your home and our team are protected while we’re on site. Our cleaners are also experienced, background-checked, and tested to ensure we're providing a high-quality clean every time.
No. Many clients choose to be out while we clean. As long as we have a way to access your home and clear instructions for entry and locking up, you don’t need to be there.
We use professional-grade cleaning products chosen for their effectiveness and safety in residential homes.
If you prefer eco-friendly or low-fragrance products, just let us know in your booking notes. We are happy to accommodate when requested.
